College ERP + LMS with built-in AI
Admissions to transcripts, attendance to payroll. Students, teachers, parents and the office work from the same records, so nothing has to be copied, chased or reconciled at the end of term.
Portals
Everyone signs in at the same page and lands on a screen made for their job. People see only what their role allows.
Modules
Replace the separate fee software, the paper registers, the result spreadsheets and the WhatsApp groups. A change made anywhere is right everywhere.
Tap to attend
Print ID cards from the records you already hold. A reader at the door marks each student into the class running at that moment, or into the day, whichever way your college keeps attendance.
Made for Nepal
Built for how Nepali colleges actually run, not translated into it afterwards.
Every date, receipt and transcript is in BS, with the Gregorian date beside it when a bank or a foreign university asks. Saturday is the holiday; the fiscal year runs Shrawan to Ashadh.
eSewa and Khalti. A payment counts only after the gateway confirms it, and the receipt is ready at once.
When a teacher saves the register, guardians of newly absent students get a text straight away.
Month names, digits and the interface itself, per college or per person.
Invoices, receipts, payslips and transcripts as clean PDFs, amounts written out in lakh and crore.
Astra AI
AI sits where people already work, and answers from your own course material rather than guessing.
Trust & rollout
Admissions and student records, academics and timetables, a full LMS with notes, assignments and online quizzes, attendance, exams and results with transcripts, fees and online payments, HR and payroll, library, notices and messaging, a parent portal, and AI tools. Everything runs on one shared database, so there is nothing to sync.
Yes. Invoices can be paid with eSewa or Khalti. A payment is only recorded after the gateway confirms it server-to-server, and a PDF receipt is available immediately.
Yes. Guardians sign in to a parent portal to see attendance, results, fees and notices, can switch between all of their children from one account, and can receive SMS alerts when a child is marked absent.
Fill in a spreadsheet template and upload it as CSV. Every row is checked and shown to you before anything is saved, and each student can be emailed their sign-in details automatically.
AI helps students study from class notes, helps teachers draft quiz questions and helps staff summarise progress and reports. Only roles you allow can use it, a daily limit per person can be set, usage is logged, and it can be turned off entirely in settings.
You print ID cards from the student records already in the system. A student taps their card at a registered device and is marked present for the class timetabled at that moment, provided they are enrolled in it. The code on the card is a random token rather than the admission number, so a photographed card is worthless on its own, and a lost card can be revoked without affecting anyone else. Staff tap the same way to clock in and out.
Yes. Attendance can be kept per class meeting or once a day for a whole section, and it is a single setting. Either way the records land in the same place, so a student's attendance percentage, the shortfall report and the parent alerts all work the same.
You choose what appears on the card, its colour, the signature line, the wording on the back, and whether it is one-sided or two-sided. You can also upload a photograph of your current card and have the design read from it, then correct anything before saving.
No. Any tablet, phone or spare laptop with a browser works as a check-in point, and an inexpensive USB barcode scanner is the most reliable reader. Plastic NFC cards can be linked instead if your college already uses them.
Every screen and API call is checked against role-based permissions, sessions use short-lived tokens with rotating refresh tokens, connections are encrypted, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log.
